Job Description
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Milton Keynes / Northamptonshire
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 + package

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career with a company that values your growth. You will work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to progress within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
Supporting the management of contract variations and project financials
Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in measurements
Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
Working closely with senior surveyors to learn and develop key quantity surveying skills
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For:
A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
A passion for the construction and civil engineering industry
