Reginald Gray is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established principal contractor with a £30M turnover. The business operate across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets\n\n * Monitor financial performance and ensure value for money\n\n * Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts and procurement\n\n * Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure financial control\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Senior QS on multi-sector projects\n\n * Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes\n\n * Excellent analytical and communication skills
