This role offers the chance to work with a highly regarded client base and play a key part in delivering complex, large-scale developments across the region and nationally.The consultancy is particularly active in the living sector, including Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), alongside a growing pipeline of industrial and logistics schemes. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful commercial outcomes from early feasibility through to project completion.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, providing strategic cost advice and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
