Ready to play a key commercial role on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects? UK Power Networks is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Lower Thames Crossing programme and lead commercial delivery from procurement through to final account.

What you'll be doing

Own commercial management across NEC contracts, frameworks and manufacturing orders Lead payment processes, CE/EWN assessments, programme reviews and CVR reporting Build strong relationships with internal teams & contractors to keep projects moving Support procurement, contract drafting and commercial governance Drive robust change control, risk management and dispute resolution

What you'll bring

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law or Project Management Strong commercial and contractual expertise (NEC experience ideal) Ability to analyse cost data, challenge decisions and influence project teams Solid knowledge of construction contracts and contractor performance Flexible, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel to site
