What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the commercial management of major infrastructure and engineering projects within the nuclear sector Deliver full lifecycle quantity surveying services, from early-stage cost planning and procurement through to contract administration and final accounts Manage subcontractor packages, assess valuations and variations, and process payments Provide expert guidance on NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, ensuring commercial compliance and strategy alignment Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain cost control and maximise value Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments Mentor junior surveyors and contrib...
