This is a commercially focused role suited to someone experienced in SOR-based contracts, coding, CVRs and cost control. Key Responsibilities Manage SOR-based and planned maintenance contracts Produce CVRs, forecasts and cost/value reporting Monitor WIP, margins and performance Manage variations and final accounts Oversee subcontractor procurement and payments Maintain client relationships Support junior team members Ensure strong commercial control across projects What Were Looking For xehkeey Experience in planned or reactive maintenance Strong understanding of SOR rates and coding Strong CVR and cost control experience Commercially astute Strong Excel and reporting skills Ability to lead and support teams
