Hill McGlynn is currently working in partnership with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specialising in voids, repairs, and refurbishment works across Lewisham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Senior QS to take a leading role in delivering a portfolio of social housing contracts, with responsibility for overseeing multiple projects and supporting junior members of the commercial team.
️ The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of repairs and refurbishment contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with client expectations.
