Senior Quantity Surveyor – Private Housebuilder – SE London £to 75k Your new company S/E London-based housebuilder. The current pipeline includes major regeneration projects, smaller mixed-use schemes, and several private builds – Projects range from 15 to 120 units. The company stands out for its established long-term partnerships with housing associations and, in turn, strong pipeline of work.

They are a close-knit team with a stable workforce and loyal subcontractor base. With 10 current live sites and a further 3 due on site imminently, they are enjoying a period of sustained growth and as such are looking to permanently expand their commercial team by adding a senior Project QS to support the increased workload and manage their flagship scheme. The role will be office-based with Site visits as needed.

Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of an experienced team of 5 directly responsible for managing your own project, reporting monthly to a commercial director. You will be site-based with visits to the office as needed. You will be involved in all stages of the multiphased project, from procurement and site set-up through to final account.

What you'll need to succeed You will be working in a similar role with clear experience of delivering residential projects, ideally on behalf of housing associations. You will be looking for a long-term career move and be comfortable working on a permanent basis in the North Kent area.
