A well-established property services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team delivering social housing planned maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit programmes across Warrington and the surrounding region. This is a stable, long-term opportunity working within secured housing frameworks , managing the commercial delivery of multiple planned works contracts. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will take responsibility for the commercial management of social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance projects.
