Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of grand residences in London, with contract values ranging up to £20m.

My client have an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and have built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product.

My client are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a number of upcoming projects located throughout prime central London.

Initial projects range up to £10m in contract value, creating prestigious residences of the highest quality.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously, successful candidates will have stable careers working on various high end residential projects.

This is a permanent position and my client are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
