We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, supporting the delivery of works contracts. This is a high-impact role within a complex infrastructure programme, where you'll act as a key commercial advisor, manage contract administration under NEC3, and help drive commercial best practice. You'll support junior commercial team members and collaborate closely with stakeholders across programme and project teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive performance.


This role is ideal for a Senior QS with strong experience working on major utility or infrastructure projects and a confident grasp of NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
