This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Cardiff office with hybrid working and occasional site visits.
Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a lead commercial role across major water and wastewater capital projects, helping to maintain long-term infrastructure resilience and environmental protection. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting estimators with tendering and estimating new projects Managing subcontractors, including procurement, drafting subcontracts, agreeing terms and conditions, and administering contracts through to final account Administering live projects, including weekly monitoring of direct and indirect costs and progress against the accepted programme Managing client appli...
