Your new company You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 contractor operating within the water industry. This multi-accredited and high-profile contractor delivers large-scale clean and waste water capital programmes for Welsh Water and offers a strong pipeline of AMP8 works as well as excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Cardiff office with hybrid working and occasional site visits.
Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of delivering major water infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting estimators with tendering and pricing new projects Managing subcontractors from procurement through to final account Administering live projects, monitoring costs, progress and change control Preparing client applications, WIP and cash flow management and final accounts using CEMAR Producing monthly reports on value, cost forecasts, risks and margin improvement plans.
This is a dynamic role where you'll manage multiple projects and contribute to the long-term resilience of essential water infrastructure.
