Description Were looking for an experienced, detail-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the commercial success of our projects. If youre confident working with stakeholders at all levels, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a strong grasp of NEC contracts and construction processes, wed love to hear from you. What you will be doing: Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, monitoring performance, resolving disputes, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Lead post-contract commercial management including budgets, forecasting, CVRs, cost reporting, and final accounts. Manage change control, maintain financial impact assessments, and measure variations from revised drawings. Oversee procurement strategies, approve subcontract orders, and ensure robust commercial terms. Negotiate compensation events and oversee subcontract administration, payments, and commercial correspondence. Identify cost risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and governance. Support delivery teams with commercial advice, cost analysis, and contract compliance. Mentor and manage QSs, AQSs, trainees, and graduates to ensure high standards across all commercial outputs.
