The Senior Quantity Surveyor role Ideally, you'll; be a recognised Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit and cash have prior experience with CM projects have experience managing a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account. be keen to minimise risk, cost and maximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials.
