Known for their structured approach, strong commercial teams and long-term project pipelines, the business continues to secure significant new build developments across the South East and is now looking to strengthen its commercial leadership on a flagship project.

The Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and take full lead responsibility for a major residential new build project in the Borehamwood area. Initially, the successful candidate will act as the lead QS on this scheme, reporting directly into the Commercial Manager.

Longer term, this role offers the opportunity to progress into a regional leadership position, overseeing multiple schemes and managing a small commercial team.

This is a site-based role, suited to a commercially astute professional with strong technical knowledge and proven experience delivering large residential projects for a main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
