You'll collaborate directly with Directors, shape major developments, and see your work make a tangible impact.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor Role \n\nYou'll be delivering a diverse portfolio spanning Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices.
This is a hands-on, leadership-focused position where you'll take projects from inception to completion, manage key client relationships, and mentor others as the team expands.\n\nWith five offices nationwide and over 250 professionals, this consultancy has the stability of a well-established business and the energy of a company in rapid growth mode - meaning genuine opportunities for career advancement.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor -Requirements \n\nThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be ready to step into a leadership role, taking charge of projects from inception to completion.
