The opportunity A fantastic opportunity has become available with our client who are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive the development of all QS duties.
Excellent Remuneration package of £75k-£80k Per Anum Dependent on experience
Your duties and responsibilities will be Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts Provision of information for Monthly Reports Review of EW notifications & client responses or notifications downstream & upstream Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports Calculation of BOQ star rates Remeasurement of BOQ Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc. Drafting of notifications including letters Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes Value analysis– SOR, FP, day works Change Management – Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events Paym...
