This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a successful team, ensuring the financial delivery of critical water infrastructure projects, and contributing to AMP7 and beyond.
The Opportunity of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the commercial management of large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring financial success while mitigating risks and adhering to business procedures. This role involves working closely with the Regional Director, Commercial Manager, and Project Managers to safeguard the company's financial interests.
Main Duties of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* Coordinate with the Regional Director and Commercial Manager to implement commercial strategies.
* Ensure timely submission of all relevant data for monthly and quarterly performance analysis.
* Liaise with Project Managers for commercial administration, ensuring successful financial outcomes.
