Senior Quantity Surveyor – Freelance

This leading residential contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work site based on a project in Woking, Surrey.

The project is a 300+ unit RC frame residential scheme that is four months into construction and gaining pace. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role will be to add immediate commercial support on subcontractor accounts initially.

The initial contract will be for 6 months, however it is likely you will gain responsibility and tasks and that will be extended.

You will have as a Senior Quantity Surveyor; lengthy periods working for well known residential contractors or developers and will have run more than one project and ideally a variety. A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential, and it will be advantageous to have RC Fram knowledge.
