We're supporting a leading infrastructure specialist with an urgent requirement for a Senior QS to join their commercial team delivering high-value Data Centre and M&E projects.

Key Focus:

NEC4 Option C contract management

Cost control, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement

M&E estimating (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Comms)

Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and reporting

Mentoring junior QSs

Ideal Profile:

3+ years in a Senior QS role

Tier 2 M&E subcontractor experience

NEC3/NEC4 & Network Rail contract knowledge

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying

BIM/CAD exposure a plus
