With a strong pipeline of secured work including AMP8 and long-term PPP frameworks the business is expanding and looking to appoint multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors across the North of England.

The Role
Youll be working as part of a collaborative consultancy team delivering commercial and contract management services on complex infrastructure, energy, and utilities projects.
The role offers significant exposure to the NEC suite of contracts , allowing you to develop into a true NEC specialist within a respected consultancy environment.

About You Proven experience administering NEC contracts (essential)

Background within Infrastructure, Energy or Utilities (desirable)

Consultancy or client-side experience preferred

Proactive, development-focused mindset

Able to commute to one of the Northern locations listed

A genuine interest in developing long-term NEC expertise
