Job Description

The Director of a young Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with him as the business expands.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working together with the Director, but at times independently, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading their own projects and carrying out a QS / Project Management role.

Work wise, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on an office conversion, new build residential apartments, and an airspace development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS, but not essential
  • Able to lead their own projects
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Comfortable carrying out a QS/PM role
  • Happy to be part of a small team
  • Client facing

In Return?
