We are recruiting for a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and reactive works across the Central Belt. This is a commercially focused role suited to someone experienced in SOR-based contracts, coding, CVRs and cost control. Whats in it for you? Key Responsibilities Manage SOR-based and planned maintenance contracts Produce CVRs, forecasts and cost/value reporting Monitor WIP, margins and performance Manage variations and final accounts Oversee subcontractor procurement and payments Maintain client relationships Support junior team members Ensure strong commercial control across projects
