Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
Provision of accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels
Cost management and project forecasting
Drafting and updating monthly CVRs, cost and commercial plans
Subcontract procurement, negotiation, and financial accounting
Preparation of project applications for payment to final account settlement
Liaison with clients and third parties on commercial issues
Managing contract and subcontract agreements, primarily IChemE and NEC forms
Supporting internal commercial processes
Job Requirements:
Experience in the construction / water industries
Knowledge of IChemE and NEC forms of contract
Experience in commercial management & Quantity Surveying
Proven experience in monthly forecasting and cost analysisDesirable:
Membership of RICS or similar professional body
CSCS card
Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
Experience managing or mentoring team members
