Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: London We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded fit-out and joinery contractor, recognised for delivering high-quality interior solutions across commercial and high-end sectors. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full financial and contractual responsibility for one or multiple projects from inception through to final account. This is a key leadership role, requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members. You will be joining an industry-leading contractor with a strong reputation for professionalism, collaboration, and quality delivery. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management and financial performance of projects, ensuring budgets are achieved or exceeded while maintaining contractual compliance and positive client relationships.
