Reporting to the Commercial Manager, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on a multi utility projects and will be responsible for the management of subcontractors and accounts, maintaining the commercial risk register, managing client disputes and internal auditing, overseeing weekly valuations and confirming accuracy of measurements, producing CVR’s for all projects and carrying out cost analysis and reduction initiatives to name just a few duties.\n\nAbout the benefits and rewards:\n\nFor this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £65,000 to £72,000 per annum; however, there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on previous experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered, which includes a £4,500 car allowance.\n\nPlease note that as this is a permanent opportunity, no freelancers can be considered.\n\nAbout the requirements:\n\nIn order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
