The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor , you'll take the lead on a variety of new build and refurbishment schemes across Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors - with project values up to £40m+. You'll manage your own projects from inception to completion, delivering full pre and post contract services, while also mentoring junior team members.
