Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects delivered through long-term, regulated frameworks within the transport and public infrastructure sectors. You will play a key role in managing commercial performance, cost control, and contractual compliance across allocated projects or work packages, working closely with operational, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure value is maximised while maintaining strong commercial governance.
Commercial & Cost Management
Manage project costs from commencement through to final account, ensuring alignment with budget and contractual requirements. Prepare and submit accurate cost forecasts, CVRs, and commercial reports. Monitor expenditure, identify cost risks and opportunities, and support mitigation strategies. Assist in the preparation and agreement of variations, compensation events, and change control. Subcontract & Supply Chain Management
Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers in line with framework procedures. Prepare subcontract documentation, administer subcontract accounts, and assess applications for payment.
