Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water Sector


I’m working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support their growing portfolio of water infrastructure projects across the North Wales region.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering major work across long-term frameworks, with strong pipelines secured into the future.


The Role:

  • Leading commercial activities across water/utilities projects
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
  • Overseeing procurement & subcontractor management
  • Handling variations, risk, and contract administration (NEC/JCT)
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members


✅ What they’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior QS within a main contractor
  • Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
