Vertical Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading international consultancy in the search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join their growing Infrastructure team in Leeds.

The Opportunity
Whether you’re an established Senior QS or a strong Cost Manager looking to step up, this role gives you the chance to lead on high-profile projects, shape delivery strategies, and collaborate with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full lifecycle cost and commercial management across infrastructure projects
* Budget tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting
* Contract administration (NEC3, NEC4, and JCT)
* Procurement support and tender evaluations
* Managing compensation events and change control
* Commercial audits and financial assurance
* Stakeholder engagement across clients, contractors, and consultants
* Use of systems such as PRISM, CEMAR, CostX, and Viewpoint
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field
* Proven experience delivering cost consultancy within UK infrastructure
* In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures
* MRICS, MCIOB, or working towards professional chartership (full support available)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for infrastructure
