Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering £80k + Package Surrey

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a newly awarded £30M civil engineering project in Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor and take the lead commercial role on a major infrastructure scheme, acting as the number one Senior QS on site and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead.

The project includes demolition, bulk earthworks, deep drainage, construction of a new spine road and Section 278 highway works. The successful candidate will take the project from inception through to client handover and final account.

• Lead commercial management of a £30M infrastructure scheme

• Manage subcontract procurement and package management

• Prepare applications for payment and valuations

• Manage variations, compensation events and final accounts

• Monitor cost control, forecasting and reporting

• Work closely with project delivery and senior leadership

• Up to £80,000 salary
