The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the delivery of Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of new build residential developments. The consultancy has a strong pipeline of local projects, reducing the need for extensive travel and allowing for a good work-life balance.

This is an ideal role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working in a collaborative environment. You will play a key part in mentoring junior staff and helping to drive best practice across the consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying) Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy Proven experience delivering Employer's Agent / Contract Administration or Project Management services for new build housing Experience working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, or Private Developers A base within Bristol or nearby, with willingness to travel locally for projects MRICS or currently working towardsWhat's on Offer? ...
