FYBA is supporting a growing infrastructure consultancy that is expanding its commercial team due to continued demand across major UK programmes.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on complex infrastructure and capital delivery projects across sectors such as water, rail, highways, utilities, energy and aviation.

You will join a collaborative commercial team delivering cost and contract management services across the full project lifecycle - from early project development and procurement through to delivery and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide cost and commercial management support across infrastructure and capital projects

* Prepare and manage project cost plans, forecasts and commercial reports

* Support procurement activities including tender documentation and bid evaluations

* Administer contracts and manage change control processes
