Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor
Senior Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £150m.
The initial project is for an esteemed public sector client and consists of new build and refurbishment to an existing building in Bridgend (£120m).

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £70,000 - £75,000
- Company car or allowance (£6,500)

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification
Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £10m+.
