Senior Quantity surveyor Role

Projects range from £2 million to £16 million.

Tender and contract documents
CVR's
Bills of Quants
Attend professional and client meetings
Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
Mitigate commercial risksThe Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

5 years + Experience
Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
Experience of working for a main contractor
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
