£35m Cut & Carve / Civils Project – Central London (zone one)
Full-Time | Project-Based
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading engineering contractor delivering a £35m cut and carve / civils project in Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, the business is expanding its commercial team.
Role Overview:
* Commercial lead on the project, reporting to the Commercial Director
* Manage valuations, cost reports, procurement, and subcontract packages
* Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the client
* Control budgets, variations, and final accounts to maximise profitability
Requirements:
* Proven experience as lead QS on projects up to £50m
* Central London project experience (logistical constraints essential)
* Background in enabling works, structural alterations, and RC works
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
Salary: £100k + package (directly employed only)
