This is a rare opportunity to join one of theUKs largest Tier 1 contractorson a£multi-billion major project with a 12-year pipeline of work. With a Commercial Director already in place, the team is now expanding and looking to appoint both aSenior Quantity Surveyorand aManaging Quantity Surveyor.

The Role

Youll be part of a high-performing commercial team delivering complex civil engineering and ground engineering works underNEC contracts, working in a collaborative contractor alliance environment.


For theManaging QSrole, youll also take responsibility for managing and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors.


About You

  • Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor withinCivil Engineering
  • Background with aTier 1 or large Tier 2 contractor
  • Solid working knowledge of theNEC suite of contracts
  • Alliance / collaborative contracting experience (desirable)
  • For MQS: experience managing QS teams
  • Able to commute toIpswich 23 days per week
