The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a company that specialise in High-end / prime refurbishments and new builds have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £35 million they are long-standing and have a reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work.

Senior Quantity surveyor Role

Their Current Projects range from £2 million to £20million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East have to offer.

You will be responsible for -

Procurement
Cash flow forecasting
Tender and contract documents
Final accounts
Contracts
Valuations
Variations
Attend professional and client meetings
Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
Mitigate commercial risksThe Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

5 years + Experience
Non-negotiable - High End Residential projects
Experience of working for a main contractor
Excellent communication and negotiation skillsIn return

£75,000 - £95,000
