They work on school and higher educations schemes across London and the surrounding counties. Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor: Working from the PCSA to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts. Managing Packages. Managing Sub-Contractors. Site Meetings. Managing both client and board relations. Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor: Commutable distance from both London and Hemel Hempstead head office. Experienced running a site valued between £5 - £20 million. Degree qualified and needs to be construction based. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
