About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and respected civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across Kent and the South East. This is a key commercial role, offering the chance to lead from the front on a variety of complex projects including highways, drainage, structures, and public realm works.
You'll be joining a collaborative and technically skilled team, with real autonomy to manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the commercial management of multiple live projects

Manage subcontract procurement, payments, and valuations

Ensure accurate forecasting, cost control, and budget management

Prepare and negotiate final accounts

Liaise with operational teams, clients, and external stakeholders

Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team
