A specialist high end residential Construction Consultancy are seeking a competent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team in London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy with a flat structure and a team focused culture who solely work on luxury and impressive high end residential projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading 3-4 high end residential projects, valuing between £3m and £30m, from pre contract through to completion/handover.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
High end residential project experience is a must Pre and post contract experience Quantity surveying degree Comfortable working in a flat structure Client facing Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy practiceIn Return?
