Senior Quantity Surveyor (Procurement) | North London

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Senior QS to take full ownership of procurement for a major residential project based in Manor House (N4).

The Core Mission

Your primary focus is the end-to-end procurement of high-value, complex packages. We need a specialist who can navigate the technical nuances of:

M&E Packages: Full scope from tender to award.

Facade Packages: Managing detailed specifications and specialist subcontractors.

What You Bring

Residential Expertise: You know the London residential market inside out.

Procurement Mastery: A proven track record of hitting the ground running and closing out major packages.

Negotiation Skills: The ability to find the balance between quality, compliance, and commercial viability.

The Essentials

Location: Manor House, North London (On-site 5 days/week).

Role Type: Freelance

Focus: Procurement of M&E and Facades.
