Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package

We are working with an established interior fit-out subcontractor delivering projects across the commercial and public sectors.

The business provides a full-service offering including design, manufacture, and installation of interior systems such as partitions, ceilings, and raised access flooring. As part of a wider international group, they benefit from a strong pipeline of secured work across the South East.

The Role

They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for fit-out packages from pre-construction through to final account.

You will work closely with project teams to manage costs, control risk, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of interior fit-out packages
• Preparation and agreement of valuations and final accounts
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Procurement and management of subcontractors
• Contract administration (JCT)
• Managing variations and change control
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit-out, drylining, or interiors subcontracting
• Experience managing packages such as partitions, ceilings, or flooring
• Good understanding of JCT contracts
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
