We are currently representing a well established consultancy who are seeking an experienced Chartered or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying services from pre-contract through to post-contract stages.

* Provide accurate cost estimates, financial reporting, and advice to clients and project teams.

* Lead and mentor junior team members, offering guidance on complex issues and ensuring best practices are followed.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time, identifying and mitigating risks as required.

Key Requirements:

* Chartered status (MRICS) or significant relevant experience in a senior QS role.

* Proven experience in managing a variety of projects across different sectors.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

* Excellent understanding of cost management, project lifecycle, and procurement strategies.

* A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Salary & Benefits:
