We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based at our clients Oxford office.

You will have experience of undertaking tenders valued £1m+ and will be an enthusiastic individual who is able to understand a customer's key criteria and ascertain what areas of scope can be engineered to provide best commercial opportunities.

Role Purpose:

Provide a quantity surveying service across a range of projects, reporting to a Managing Surveyor, to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget and that accurate and timely reports are produced for senior management.

Role Responsibilities: Lead the following:
