The position is ideal for experienced contract Quantity Surveyors seeking an Outside IR35 role within civils and water infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors on AMP8 civils projects Full cost management from feasibility through to final account Cost planning, forecasting, reporting and cash flow management Advising on procurement strategy, tendering and contract documentation (BoQs) Risk and value management and cost control Client-facing cost reporting to senior stakeholders Commercial support on subcontractors, variations and contractual claims Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Contract Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS Strong background xehkeey in civils, water or utilities infrastructure Experience working on AMP frameworks (AMP6, AMP7 or AMP8) Consultancy or client-side experience Excellent knowledge of construction contracts Why Apply: Outside IR35 contract Long-term AMP8 civils and water infrastructure work Competitive day rate Hybrid and flexible working options ??
