Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on major energy projects across Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded QS to play a key role in the delivery of sustainable infrastructure initiatives. About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, including: Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and forecasts Managing subcontractor and supplier contracts Conducting value engineering, risk assessments, and change management Providing strategic commercial advice to the project team and senior stakeholders Ensuring compliance with company and client procedures You will be working on high-profile green energy infrastructure projects , contributing directly to the region's sustainable energy goals, while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and senior client representatives. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management , including NEC or JCT contracts Excellent cost reporting, forecasting, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Willingness to spend 2-3 days per week on site If you are a proactive, commercially focused Senior QS looking to make a real impact in the energy sector, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team shaping Yorkshire's energy future.
