Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Rail Infrastructure JV | London Salary: £58,000 to £70,000 + package Hybrid working
The Project My client is a high-profile joint venture delivering one of the most technically demanding civil engineering contracts in the UK - twin-bored TBM tunnels, SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge reconstruction, earthworks, and major services diversions on a nationally critical rail programme. It's a combined contract value in the region of £1.8bn, and the scope is as varied and complex as it gets in UK civils.
They're expanding their commercial team and looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a leading role within the project.
The Role This is a senior commercial position with real breadth - you'll lead on contract management and cost control, work closely with project and engineering teams, and manage subcontract accounts from placement through to final account. You'll also be expected to mentor and support more junior members of the commercial team, and to engage directly with the client's commercial representatives.
