You’re an established Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in a variety of construction projects and have been involved within multiple projects, looking for a new challenge in a growing team.

You’ve worked within a busy commercial function, proven yourself to be a strong communicator by working with stakeholders on multiple levels and had experience within tendering processes.

If you can:

• Be a dedicated and results-driven surveyor with proven success in achieving profitable contracts.
• Have an analytical approach and excellent time management skills.
• Have strong commercial acumen with good negotiation skills.
• Liaise effectively with clients and architects to maintain/build robust relationships.

And be:

• From a construction background with hands on experience of pre and post contract experience.
• Influential towards all levels of management.
• Motivated to manage and deal with change effectively.
• Knowledgeable within the industry and motivated to deliver a high level of service.
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts and NEC experience.

This role will be based in North Ayrshire, and would require you to be on site.
